What's for starters...

I actually don’t have a sweet tooth, but funny enough the first dishes, which I cooked under the logo of London for cooks were sweet. But, as the launch of the company coincided with a Christmas fair - the choice between savoury and sweet was obvious. On the menu were: raspberry meringues and  “secret” ingredient truffles: recipes to follow...
