FAQ

Where do classes take place?

The class takes place in the kitchen of one of the participants. The person hosting the class gets a 10% discount. I am always accompanied by a cleaner, so that we can concentrate on cooking and not cleaning.

Who will source and supply the ingredients?

For most of the classes we will source and buy the ingredients together during a trip to the market/ fishmonger/ butcher, etc. The cost of the ingredients is included in the price.

Do I need to pay for ingredients extra?

No, all the ingredients are included in the price.

What is the maximum number of people who can take part in a cookery session?

Four people is the ideal number of people in one session. Please contact me to discuss, should you wish to take part in a larger or smaller group.

Do we have to use our own knives? Cutlery, crockery, pans?

Yes. I always bring tools should your knives need a bit of sharpening. The idea is that you are able to reproduce the dishes in your own kitchen using your own equipment. I can also bring some gadgets for demonstration purposes, if you’re interested.

Who is going to do the cleaning up afterwards?

I am always accompanied by a cleaner, so you don’t need to worry about cleaning.

Who will drive us to the market?

I will organise a pick up and will either drive you to the market myself or organise the pick up and meet you at the market (for participants from North London transportation is included in the price, for other London areas please contact me to enquire about the price).

What is included in the price?

The cost of all the ingredients, transport costs (for North London participants only), cleaner, the class itself, amuse bouche and petit fours.

Can we take the leftovers home?

Yes, just bring your Tupperware with you.

Are any skills expected of me at the start of the class?

No, just a passion for cooking.
